Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Makeup mobile application ("the App"), operated by Marsline Studio (marslinestudio.com). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

AI Makeup lets you upload photos and see AI-generated previews of makeup looks, hairstyles, and outfits applied to your own photo. Generated images are artistic AI simulations for entertainment and inspiration. They are approximations: real cosmetics, hairstyling, or clothing may look different on you. The App does not provide professional, cosmetic, dermatological, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App, and at least the age of majority to purchase a subscription. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

3. Free tier and subscriptions

The App includes a limited number of free generations. Continued use requires AI Makeup Pro, an auto-renewable subscription available in weekly and yearly plans. Prices are shown in the App before purchase in your local currency.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are not refunded for the remaining period.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and Google; refund requests are handled under their respective store policies.
• Changes. We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods; you will be notified through the store mechanisms, and continued renewal constitutes acceptance.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us and our processing providers a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely to generate the previews you request. You are responsible for the photos you submit, and you agree that you will:

• only upload photos you own or have permission to use;
• only upload photos of yourself, or of another person with that person's consent;
• not upload photos of minors;
• not upload or attempt to generate unlawful, sexually explicit, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content;
• not use generated images to impersonate, harass, or mislead anyone.

We may refuse to process content and may restrict access to the App for violations of this section.

5. License and restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the App or its services, and you may not attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.

6. AI-generated content

Previews are produced by generative AI and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You may use images generated from your own photos for personal purposes. You are responsible for how you use and share generated images, including compliance with laws applicable to manipulated or synthetic imagery in your jurisdiction.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your photos and data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marsline Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections 4-8 survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated in the App; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
